Somewhere along the way we started ranking callings. Pastors and missionaries at the top. Everyone else… supporting cast. It's tidy, it's common, and it isn't biblical.

The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.

Before sin entered the world, before there was a temple or a priesthood, God worked — and then gave Adam work to do. Work isn't the curse. Work is part of the image of God in us.

Which means the spreadsheet, the job site, the classroom, the delivery route, and the design file are not distractions from your calling. They may <em>be</em> your calling.

What Kingdom work actually looks like

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.

You don't need to quit your job to enter ministry. Most likely, God has already placed you exactly where the Church has almost no other voice.
